School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dover, Pennsylvania

What we’re looking for:
- Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of K-12 educational needs and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for encouraging student growth and inclusive educational practices
- Ability to adapt strategies to diverse caseloads
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency in student support
- Conduct evaluations and document student progress
- Adapt sessions and materials for in-person delivery based on individual learning profiles
- Attend staff meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
