Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in classroom and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to create strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support ongoing assessment and adjustment of student plans
- Contribute to a positive, supportive school climate by providing resources and information to staff and families
