High School Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Camden, New Jersey

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active licensure to practice as an SLP in New Jersey
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of elementary, middle, and high school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings of students referred for speech and language services
- Create and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to address varying communication challenges
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ goals within the academic setting
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the development of student plans
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Empower students by fostering self-advocacy, social communication skills, and personal growth
