Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active New Jersey SLP licensure required
- Prior experience working in school-based positions preferred
- Knowledge of assessment and intervention for K-12 students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school settings
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete speech and language evaluations for students at multiple grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
- Document student progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide group and individual therapy to help students enhance communication skills
- Support the academic and social development of students through evidence-based practices
