Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in East Stroudsburg, PA

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Pennsylvania
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Prior experience with school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy and interventions
- Comfortable working with early childhood or elementary-age students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Offer both direct and consultative services tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide guidance and support for classroom communication strategies
