Currently, there are two full-time positions available, primarily serving an itinerant caseload. Candidates will collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored interventions that set students up for lifelong success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood/early intervention preferred
- Ability to adapt to multiple school sites as part of an itinerant schedule
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative approach with educators, parents, and staff
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for early childhood students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educational teams
- Travel between multiple sites to serve students in a variety of classroom environments
- Offer support and resources to classroom teachers and caregivers on communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that fosters student growth
