Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Philadelphia, PA

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
- Prior experience in early childhood intervention or working with young children is highly valued.
- Familiarity with school-based SLP services and caseload management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple locations and itinerant assignments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans and document progress effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments for early childhood students aged birth to five.
- Deliver therapy services in a variety of school and community settings, often traveling between locations.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on intervention strategies.
