What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school or early childhood environments
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel between sites to meet students’ needs
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to young children in early intervention programs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Work mostly itinerantly, traveling to multiple early learning centers and homes as required
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
