Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA CCCs or eligibility
- Pediatric, early childhood, or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and schedules
- Understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to early intervention students across various school sites
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and create measurable therapy goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular progress updates
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Adjust therapy approaches to meet student needs and respond to feedback from the IEP team
- Manage travel and scheduling with efficiency for an itinerant caseload
