Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license for the State of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with early childhood and/or early intervention caseloads preferred
- Strong organization skills to manage itinerant scheduling and documentation
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and state reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a variety of unique settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for children ages 3-5
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with early intervention guidelines
- Collaborate with families, special education staff, teachers, and community partners
- Travel between assigned locations for direct service delivery (itinerant caseload)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
