Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY applicants are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to manage an itinerant schedule and adapt to new environments
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and compassionate care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to children ages birth to five
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support holistic progress
- Travel between sites as needed for an itinerant caseload, ensuring every child receives consistent, quality support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for ongoing program improvement
