Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
- Knowledge and experience with early childhood development and intervention strategies
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various school and early childhood environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for itinerant travel
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to young children as part of an early intervention caseload
- Travel to multiple sites to meet student needs in different educational or community-based settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Provide guidance and education to caregivers and educators on speech and language development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program and regulatory requirements
