- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
- Strong communication skills and professional collaborative approach
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance requirements
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech-language assessments for students, including screenings and evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Providing direct therapy services to students with communication or language disorders
- Consulting with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Documenting session notes, progress, and compliance paperwork accurately and promptly
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expert recommendations
