Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or clinical fellowship candidates considered
- Appropriate state licensure for school-based practice
- Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary ages
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a range of communication needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions, working with varying caseload sizes and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Document ongoing progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative services and training as needed to staff and families
