Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ communication abilities and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy, both individually and in small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and regularly monitor, evaluate, and document student performance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate school staff on strategies to support students with communication challenges
