Utilizing your clinical expertise, you’ll assess student needs, create impactful treatment plans, and deliver direct interventions that help children achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
- Previous experience with school-age populations highly desirable
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessed student needs
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate with teachers and caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational plans
- Consult with educators and families to support student goals and classroom success
