Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY supervision available
- Proven experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Providing direct therapy services both one-on-one and in group settings
- Maintaining accurate documentation and actively participating in IEP meetings
- Delivering in-service training or consultation to staff as needed
