Speech Language Pathologist in Waterbury, CT

What we’re seeking:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
- Prior experience working with K-12 students (preferred, not required)
- Understanding of IEP development, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for student success
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
Key responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to foster student engagement and progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic educational planning
