Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Experience in a school setting working with children or adolescents
- Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and managing caseloads
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Stay current on best practices and professional developments in the field
