Multiple openings are available for dedicated SLP-CFs eager to begin as soon as possible and continue through May 2027. You’ll work on-site at school campuses in a thriving, supportive community, building a foundation for your professional journey with hands-on experience and expert guidance.
What we’re looking for:
- Graduation from an accredited speech-language pathology program and eligibility for FL provisional SLP license
- Experience or clinical practicum with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Commitment to working exclusively on-site (not open to virtual arrangements)
- Willingness to travel between school locations to fulfill full-time assignments (35 hours/week)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to new settings quickly
- Availability for internal video interviews and prompt response to onboarding processes
- Fingerprint clearance required; support provided for verifying/renewing prints and securing JLA badge
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, with caseload and age group varying by assignment
- Collaborate closely with supervising SLP-CCC (supervision is fully supported)
- Serve multiple school locations as needed, with assignments combined to create one FTE
- Administer assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
