We're partnering with local schools to place motivated SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity (35 hours per week), featuring the support and supervision you need to thrive as you launch your school-based speech career.
What You'll Bring:
- Active Florida provisional SLP License (Dept. of Health)
- Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, educational environment
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school locations, with assignments combined to create a full-time caseload
- Completion of required fingerprinting (with support provided for verifying previous prints through the AHCA clearinghouse)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to begin onboarding as soon as offered a position, following a successful video interview
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs (caseloads and age groups vary by location)
- Collaborate with supervising SLP-CCCs, educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Contribute to IEP planning and documentation, ensuring compliance with state and school district requirements
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet a wide range of student abilities and needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
- Manage multiple site assignments efficiently and proactively
