What You Need to Succeed:
- Current, active FL DOH SLP Licensure
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as assigned
- Commitment to school-based, on-site service (teletherapy not available for this role)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Must complete or verify recent fingerprint clearance for Florida schools through the AHCA Clearinghouse process, which may require updated prints and a JLA badge
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 60 students (final numbers may vary) with mild to moderate needs
- Serve PreK-12 students, adapting intervention plans to their unique profiles
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
