Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid or eligible Florida SLP license
- Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates (supervision provided)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Ability to adapt to onsite, hybrid, or travel schedules as needed
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with district standards
- Engage in professional development and peer mentorship
