Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting students’ communication growth as a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity, beginning as soon as possible and running through late May 2027, is based across several dynamic school environments near Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. In this itinerant role, you’ll collaborate with a mix of PreK–12 students, primarily with mild to moderate needs, with some sites focusing on more severe populations. This is a fully onsite position (remote work is not available).
You’ll join a supportive educational community, providing speech and language services to a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students (final numbers and school assignments to be determined). Your expertise will benefit learners at multiple local school sites, including elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as dedicated center schools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP License
- Eligibility for or current Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in supporting Pre K–12 students, including those with mild, moderate, and severe language/communication needs
- Ability to manage an itinerant schedule and work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Timely completion of fingerprint and credentialing requirements (including JLA badge through AHCA Clearinghouse, as needed)
In This Role, You’ll:
- Deliver direct therapy services and language intervention plans
- Assess, diagnose, and develop IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes
- Travel between assigned schools to provide in-person services
