A rewarding contract opportunity is available for Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) across multiple schools in the West Palm Beach area. Full-time positions are open, offering hands-on experience within a diverse educational community. Work side-by-side with seasoned certified SLPs who will provide the supervision and mentorship needed to meet your clinical fellowship requirements.
Bring your passion for supporting the communication and developmental needs of students from varied age groups and backgrounds. Multiple worksite options are available throughout the county, allowing assignments to be tailored to create a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.
What You'll Need:
- Active FL provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
- Completion of school-based or pediatric fieldwork preferred (not required)
- Desire to serve diverse student populations in educational settings
- Willingness to work on-site across assigned campuses (no virtual options)
- Commitment to the full contract term from start date (ASAP) through May 27, 2027
- Ability to complete and clear Florida Department of Health fingerprinting and JLA badging requirements
- Capable of participating in internal video interviews and onboarding processes
- SLP-Clinical Fellow status (SLPAs not accepted for this position)
Your Impact:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and assist in creating personalized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate case notes and comply with documentation requirements
- Rotate as needed between multiple sites to provide comprehensive coverage
