Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) in a dynamic school environment supporting students across the West Palm Beach area. This full-time contract position offers hands-on experience within a collaborative team, providing comprehensive supervision for SLP-CFs. Multiple school assignments throughout the county can be combined to create a single full-time caseload, giving you flexibility to tailor your experience based on age group or setting preference. Positions begin as soon as you’re credentialed, with contracts extending through late May 2027.
What we’re seeking:
- Completion of Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida provisional SLP license from Dept. of Health
- Ability to complete all credentialing steps promptly (including fingerprint clearance through AHCA Clearinghouse and acquiring a JLA badge)
- Enthusiasm for serving varied populations—caseloads and age ranges differ by assignment
- Flexibility to work in-person across multiple school sites
- Professionalism and readiness for an internal video interview process
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language services to students per IEP specifications
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders with supervisor oversight
- Document services and progress efficiently
- Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams, and administrators
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development
- Engage with a diverse student body in inclusive school settings
