Step into a rewarding contract position as a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist, where you’ll have the opportunity to work on-site with students from preschool through 12th grade in a dynamic, supportive school environment near Orange Park, FL. This full-time role is set to begin on August 10, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027, offering a valuable school-year experience with approximately 35 hours each week.
As an itinerant clinician, you’ll support multiple school sites, helping students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to craft individualized intervention plans that foster student growth and achievement. You’ll make a lasting difference, developing your professional skills as you guide a diverse group of learners toward success.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license (CF and open to new graduates)
- Ability to work exclusively on-site (remote or VOCO work is not available)
- Experience or interest in serving Pre K–12 students with varying levels of speech and language needs
- Willingness to manage an estimated caseload of 60 students (subject to assignment)
- Capable of working across multiple school sites as part of an itinerant team
- Eligible for fingerprint clearance through AHCA Clearinghouse (credentialing process required)
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between assigned school locations as required
