Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and appropriate state licensure
- Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized and group therapy services for students with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, IEP reports, and Medicaid billing (as applicable)
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success and advocate for communication needs in the classroom
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning activities
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and adapt strategies to support diverse learners
