Speech-Language Pathologists, including those completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), are invited to help shape communication and learning outcomes in a large, dynamic district near Lehigh Acres, FL. Excellent mentorship is available for Clinical Fellows, and supervision is provided. Experienced SLPs (CCC) will find a collaborative and student-focused atmosphere with resources to help you thrive. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive a comprehensive benefits package alongside an hourly pay range from $55 to $60.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for K–12 students, in alignment with IEPs and educational best practices
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate actively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Supervise and mentor CFY candidates (for SLP-CCC applicants)
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and compliance-related activities
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida SLP licensure or eligibility; SLP-CCC or SLP-CF welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Experience in K–12 educational settings is advantageous
- Comfort working with diverse populations and adapting to different caseload needs
