Blazer Jobs is excited to offer contract opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including Clinical Fellows (CFYs), for the 2026–2027 school year in partnership with one of Florida’s largest school districts. A highly competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $60 will be provided.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for state licensure in Florida
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered care and evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate extensively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in district-wide professional development and team meetings
