Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
- Previous school-based SLP experience is valued, but not required
- Flexibility to work onsite, hybrid, or travel (travelers encouraged to apply!)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapeutic services to students, tailored to their unique goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
