Multiple openings are available for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs). This contract opportunity offers onsite, hybrid, and travel positions with the added benefit of tax-free stipends for travelers. Work in collaborative, student-focused settings and take advantage of a generous bonus of up to $5,000. As part of this role, you’ll enjoy the structure and support of W2 contracts with a comprehensive benefits package. Hourly pay for this opportunity ranges from $55 to $60, and SLP-CF supervision is provided.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Eligible for (or currently hold) Florida state licensure
- Passion for fostering communication skills in diverse student populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to onsite, hybrid, or travel placements as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students as specified in IEPs
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate regularly with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in professional development and SLP-CF supervision as required
