What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF candidates; new graduates are welcomed and supported
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Desire to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary school teams
- Adaptable to onsite, hybrid, or travel roles
- Passion for supporting student growth and success
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school personnel
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Participating in professional development and supervision (CFs supported)
- Traveling between assigned school sites if needed
