Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Florida SLP license or eligibility prior to start
- Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates (CF supervision provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eagerness to work collaboratively with educators and student support teams
- Travel experience highly valued, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K–12 students in individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings for each caseload student
- Develop and implement IEP goals collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough records in alignment with district and legal requirements
- Consult with teachers and families to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in professional development and ongoing supervision as applicable
