Qualifications:
- Active Florida provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
- Completion of required fingerprinting for school district clearance (previous prints can be verified)
- Commitment to an internal eligibility and video interview process
- Availability for full-time hours (typically 7 hours/day)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Must not be applying as an SLPA (open to SLP-CF only)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students across one or more school sites
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adapting to various communication disorders and needs
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines
- Communicate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Adapt to multiple settings or caseloads depending on school location and student needs
- Participate actively in supervision, professional development, and staff meetings
