Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) across multiple school sites in beautiful Palm Beach County, Florida. This full-time contract role runs ASAP through late May 2027, offering guidance from experienced supervisors and a variety of placements tailored to your preferences and interests. Whether you’re passionate about serving elementary, middle, or high school populations, you’ll find placements with diverse age ranges and caseloads, from ASD programs to traditional settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Florida provisional SLP license (Dept. of Health required)
- Eligible for or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting/credentialing before starting
- Commitment to on-site services—this position is not open to virtual work
- Eagerness to collaborate and learn under the supervision of a licensed SLP-CCC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with flexibility to work across multiple locations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students identified with communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other special education staff
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
- Adhere to all district, state, and federal regulations regarding student services
