Qualifications/Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Oregon state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience in a K-12 school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress tracking, and direct/indirect services
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners and culturally responsive practice
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students, developing tailored treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both in groups and one-on-one
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal planning, and progress reporting
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Document interventions and manage caseload effectively
- Contribute to a positive school culture and ongoing professional growth
