Soliant Health is actively seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, onsite opportunities in the Avondale, Arizona area. These positions will serve K–8 students in a supportive school environment with SLPA support available, allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality therapy services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary educational team.
Whether you're an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.
Position Details
* Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
* Assignment Dates: July 28, 2026 – May 21, 2027
* Onsite services only
* Two full-time openings
* K–8 student population
* Position 1: Single-building assignment
* Position 2: K–8 caseload with the potential to primarily serve middle school students
* SLPA support provided
* Caseload assignments may vary based on therapist experience and school needs
Responsibilities
* Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
* Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
* Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
* Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and service records
* Address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs
* Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications Required
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
Preferred
* Previous school-based experience
* Experience working with K–8 students
* Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
* Pediatric speech-language pathology experience
* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
