Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology in Arizona
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience or interest in school-based therapy across K-12 populations
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaborative, student-focused support
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, and language disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct and indirect services during assigned hours
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in collaborative meetings with educational staff and families as needed
- Focus solely on therapy—no bus duty, parent pickup, or non-therapy responsibilities
