Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Proficiency in school-based SLP duties and knowledge of special education requirements
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, service delivery, and progress monitoring
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple sites within the district as needed
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech and language services in two elementary schools, four days each week
- Support a diverse range of students districtwide one day per week
- Complete assessments, develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to foster student success
- Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
