School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Burnsville, Minnesota
Step into a dynamic role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative school environment. With a balanced schedule and a supportive district team, you’ll work with students with mild to moderate disabilities and contribute districtwide expertise for a diverse population.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid MDE School License required
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Background in supporting students with a range of mild to moderate disabilities
- Ability to adapt to varied environments and travel between school sites (all within the same district)
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services 4 days per week at two elementary schools, focusing on students with mild to moderate needs
- Provide districtwide support one day per week, serving students with various disabilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other SLPs and district staff
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports for each student
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and parent communication
- Participate in school or district panel or 1:1 remote interviews as needed
