Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bridgeport, CT

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid CT SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with itinerant, multi-site assignments and flexible caseload management
- Teletherapy knowledge is an asset, though this position is primarily onsite
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Your Role:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students onsite
- Screen, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for children in PreK–4th and 8th grade
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Maintain current records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Adapt strategies to meet a wide range of student needs across different school sites
