Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bridgeport, CT

Desired qualifications and skills:
- Active Connecticut SLP licensure (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification or eligibility (CFY and CCC welcome)
- Prior experience in school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare SLP roles is a plus
- Proficiency with direct therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites with PreK to 4th and 8th grade students
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to assigned students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
