Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Berlin, NY

The ideal candidate possesses experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy, including recent or aspiring Clinical Fellows (CFYs). Those with CCC credentials or progressing toward them are warmly welcomed.
Qualifications:
- Valid NY SLP License issued by NYDOE (required)
- Experience working with K-12 students, including pediatric caseloads
- Proficiency in school-based evaluation, intervention, and collaboration
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage communication, language, articulation, and fluency needs within school-aged populations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Deliver engaging direct and indirect therapy sessions
- Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Document progress and contribute to student success in academic and social environments
