Soliant is seeking Speech Language Pathologists to support students in school districts throughout the Long Island area. Opportunities are available for both summer programs and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for clinicians who are committed to helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their educational goals.

Weekly pay
Competitive compensation
Pay Range: $50-$75 per hour
Potential for contract renewal and future opportunities
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Responsibilities
Evaluate students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous school-based experience is a plus
