Qualifications:
- New York State SLP license (required)
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- CFY candidates welcomed; CCC credentials and pediatrics/school experience are a plus
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school staff
- Document progress, maintain service logs, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students’ communication goals in classroom and social settings
