Soliant is partnering with school districts throughout the Wichita area to identify Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming school-based opportunities. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about helping students develop essential communication skills that support academic achievement and personal growth.
Opportunities are available for both summer programs and the 2026-2027 school year, with placements available across a variety of educational settings and age groups.
Opportunity Details

- Pay Range: $35-$45 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
