Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in K-12 or Pre-K-12 school settings
- Demonstrated expertise with IEP development, progress monitoring, and attending/leading IEP meetings
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures
- Skills in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Ability to work exclusively on-site
- Passion for supporting students’ success and building supportive rapport
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services for elementary and some pre-K students in individual and group formats
- Complete evaluations, documentation, Medicaid billing, and IEP-related paperwork in compliance with regulations
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with both school staff and families
- Implement creative interventions and track student progress throughout the academic year
- Maintain timely records and clear communication with colleagues and stakeholders
