Soliant is seeking Occupational Therapists for school-based opportunities throughout the Baltimore area. We are partnering with local school districts to identify dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping students develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and in daily activities.
Opportunities are available for both summer programs and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with openings across a variety of grade levels and educational settings.
Position Highlights

- Pay Range: $40-$55 per hour
- Potential for assignment extensions and future opportunities
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate students to identify functional, developmental, and educational needs
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Support compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- NBCOT certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
