Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Missouri state license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students preferred
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and organization skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Travel between assigned schools within the district as required
