Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience with pediatric populations or in educational settings is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and various treatment modalities such as AAC and PROMPT
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide both individualized and group therapy sessions
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation of progress and outcomes
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Keep current with best practices through meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education
