Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for early learners and preschool caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy, both in-classroom and pullout settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy notes
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
