Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license/certification as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with early learners/preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in early learning and preschool programs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports for speech and language concerns
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communications
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
- Utilize a variety of therapy materials and technology to engage young learners
