Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants considered
- Prior experience serving an EL (English Learner) and/or preschool caseload in a school setting
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored for EL/preschool population
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services within classroom and small group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP records as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences, offering professional insight and recommendations
- Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support students’ overall development and success
