Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working in schools, particularly with preschool and elementary students, is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, support staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Committed to fostering inclusion and growth for students of diverse backgrounds
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in the EL/Preschool caseload
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs and progress
- Develop personalized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
- Consult and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other service providers
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities throughout the school year
