Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Holds or is eligible for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, staff, and families
- Organized, compassionate, and adaptable to the evolving needs of a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs, individually and in group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
