Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Brooklyn, New York

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current or pending SLP licensure in New York State
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility for CFY considered
- Background in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for students
- Adaptability with teletherapy platforms and in-person service delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation to support IEP goals and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists
- Deliver services through a mix of teletherapy and on-site intervention, as needed
- Serve as an advocate for students’ communicative success within the educational environment
